Apply for IPE Enrolment

Please Note : You may send the physical IPE application form via courier along with the following documents at (ICAI Bhawan, 08th Floor, Hostel Block, A-29, Sector- 62, Noida, UP – 201309). The envelop should state “IPE Enrolment Form”.

• Certified Copy of Board/Partner’s Resolution authorising the person to make this application and correspondence with the Board in this respect.
• Copy of Certificate of Recognition..
• Copy of CIN/LLPIN/Certificate of Registration of the applicant.
• Copy of PAN of the Applicant
• Copy of GST Registration Certificate of the applicant.
• Copy of Memorandum of Association/ LLP Agreement/ Registered Partnership Deed of the applicant.
• Copy of Net worth issued by the Chartered Accountant, if any
• Copy of Financial Statements of the applicant (including Provisional Financial Statements as on same date on which net worth of the applicant has been submitted)
• Copy of Certificate of Registration issued by the Board to IPs who are directors or partners, as the case may be, of applicant
• Copy of Invoice of Enrolment fee paid to IIIPI.
• ITR of last three years of all the Whole-Time Directors/Directors/Partners of IPE
• CIBIL score report downloaded from any RBI registered Credit Information Company of all the Whole-Time Directors/Directors/Partners of IPE
