Dr. Ashok Kumar Mishra is a Professor of Practice at Jamia Hamdard University and a Distinguished Fellow at IICA (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs), Delhi. He has served as Technical Member of NCLT/ NCLAT and Director Finance & CFO at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. A Chartered Accountant by Qualification with a Doctorate in Law, has authored several books and published articles in journals on Insolvency and Contract Management. He felicitated the resolution of major litigation and leading financial transformation with expertise that traverses finance, corporate law and judicial realms for over 40 years. He serves on the Governing Board of numerous Institutions .
Sh. B. K. Agarwal

B. K. Agarwal is a retired IAS officer with extensive administrative experience as Secretary, Government of India and Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh. He holds a post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and an M. Phil. in Public Administration from Punjab University. Drawing on his extensive study of land administration systems in India, Europe and America, he has authored a book ‘Land Registration: Global Practices and Lessons for India’ and has contributed a chapter ‘Technology in Land Administration in the book ‘Technology and Analytics for Law and Justice’ published by IIT Delhi. His blog ‘Land Law & Administration,’ has a worldwide readership. He led the Expert Committee on the SVAMITVA Scheme, advising the Ministry of Panchayati Raj on making land records in residential areas of villages through advanced mapping technologies. He also contributes as a member of the Thematic Working Group to develop Indian Standards for land parcels. He is an Advisor to the National Monitoring Committee on Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Department of Land Resources, Government of India.
Sh. Sunil Pant

Sunil Pant has over 48 years of Banking experience in diverse areas. He retired in Dec. 2013 as Chief General Manager, Financial Control, from State Bank of India’s (SBI) Corporate Centre, Mumbai and was earlier Chief General Manager of the Bank’s Delhi Circle. He is currently an Independent Director on the Board of a Bank in Afghanistan and eight other companies. He was also the first full-time CEO of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) till August 2020. He is a Council Member of two International Consultancy organizations, an Advisor with a Research Foundation and a Management School. He is MSc (Physics), BSc (Hons) Statistics, LLB and CAIIB. He is a Member of the All-India Management Association (AIMA), and He is also enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.

CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda, FCA, an experienced Chartered Accountant with 34 years in the field, is elected President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for 2025-26. Graduating with distinction from M.L.N. College in 1987, he excelled academically at Kurukshetra University, achieving his Chartered Accountancy qualification in 1991, ranking 35th in the CA Inter Examination. CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda has a longstanding commitment to ICAI, serving Six terms on the Central Council and chairing the Northern India Regional Council. His leadership extends to various committees, including the Internal Audit Standards Board and Digital Accounting and Assurance Board. Internationally, he represented ICAI on platforms like South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Recently, he was nominated as the ex-officio nominee of ICAI on the Standing Committee on Accounting Issues (SCAI) of IRDAI and as a member for the Committee on Corporate Governance Guidelines for Insurers in India. CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda’s dedication to holistic progress is evident in his advocacy for adaptability and strategic acumen within the profession.

A Fellow Member of ICAI with more than three decades of experience, he has completed two consecutive terms on the Central Council (24th and 25th) and is now serving 26th Council as Council member. Throughout his distinguished tenure, he has held several leadership roles, chairing various ICAI committees and driving numerous key initiatives. During 2024-25, Under Convenorship of CA. Prasanna Kumar D., the Chartered Accountants Benevolent Fund performed outstanding, additionally, under his mentorship, ICAI ARF has submitted a Report of Common Framework for the Preparation of Annual Accounts for Major Ports which has been appreciated by Governing Board of Indian Ports Authority.
He served as ICAI’s representative at the Regional Direct Tax Advisory Committee in Hyderabad for 2023-24 and 2024-25 and contributed to Process Flow Suggestions in Government Auditing. On the international stage, he represented ICAI on SAFA committees for Small and Medium Practices (2020-21) and Education, Training, and CPD (2021-23), driving global initiatives for ICAI’s growth and recognition. His visionary leadership and strategic mindset have propelled the Institute to greater heights of excellence.

Gyan Chandra Misra is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, an Associate member of ICSI, a qualified Concurrent Auditor, and an Insolvency professional. He is also a Law graduate and holds a master’s degree in commerce. Presently, he is serving The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as a Central Council Member & Chairman of various standing and non-standing committees. He has more than 24 years of professional standing to his credit as an established Chartered Accountant.
He has a rich exposure of entire gamut of accounting, proven adroitness in Audit and Assurance and cognizance in the audit of Capital Market Firms.
