The code of conduct of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals states that an Insolvency Professional shall maintain integrity of profession, shall be independent and impartial with maintaining professional competence. It shall represent correct facts and correcting misapprehensions adhere to timelines and maintain confidentiality.
