M. Kumar, Hon’ble President, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has kindly agreed to grace the inaugural session as the “Guest of Honor” and Dr. M. S. Sahoo, Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India will deliver the Address as the Keynote Speaker.
