Greetings of the day!

We invite your kind attention to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 & Monitoring Policy of Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI). In terms of the Policy, an Insolvency Professional is required to report each assignment they undertake under IBC.

In order to generate usable MIS on Monthly basis & meet reporting requirements, it is necessary to gather relevant information pertaining to the conduct and performance of our Professional Member(s) on various areas of adherence to the Code, Rules, Regulations and Guidelines issued there under, the byelaws and the code of conduct, etc.

To facilitate data submission, you are requested to kindly update the status of your ongoing assignments only once a month through this Google Form. The link for the month of March 2019 is ttps://


  • Reporting This is a Monthly reporting to capture the progress of every assignment.
  • Frequency of reporting You are required to report the progress of your ongoing assignment at the end of every month. It will become due on 25th of every month and the progress has to be reported on or before 30th or 31st of that month, as the case may be.
  • NIL Reporting not required Only those professionals having CIRP / Liquidation / Voluntary Liquidation are required to fill the form. Please ignore this email if there is no assignment in hand.
  • Type of Reporting This Monthly reporting is in addition to uploading Public Announcements & Disclosures on the website of IIIPI and Half yearly return.
  • For Concluded Assignments One time reporting of Conclude
