The Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI), is a subsidiary of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India and is registered as a Sec. 8 Company to enrol and regulate Insolvency Professionals as its members in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. IIIPI is looking for a suitable person to take the institution forward in the dynamic environment of a rapidly evolving discipline and invites ONLINE application from suitable candidates for the position of Managing Director, as detailed below: |

| Professional Qualification | A Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary/ Cost Accountant/ Lawyer/ Management Professional with relevant professional experience may apply. Preference will be given to a Chartered Accountant with Insolvency Professional qualifications recognized by IBBI. |
| Age Limit | Not above 55 years of age. This may be relaxed up to 60 years in exceptional cases as per relevant provisions of IBC and IBBI (Model Bye-laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations 2016. |
| Experience | At least 20 years of post-qualification experience at senior level, including at least 5 years in a CEO or next to CEO position in the Financial Services sector. Exposure to compliance, regulatory, monitoring, and disciplinary functions is important. |
| Tenure of Service | The successful incumbent will be selected for a period of 5 years subject to annual review. |
| Compensation | This will be in line with the best industry norms depending upon experience and educational background. |
