Dear Member,
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 provides a time-bound process to resolution of insolvency among companies and individuals. Since last two years, IBBI has identified issues and has implemented and suggested many changes in the Code adopted both by the creditors and the debtors for effective Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process thereby expanding the scope of the code for the significant role played by Insolvency Professionals.
Under this backdrop, Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) together with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is organizing this Seminar for knowledge sharing and knowledge enhancing on seamless scopes, practical issues and the recent developments in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code with eminent speakers.
