Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India has so far issued 16 circulars on various aspects including Disclosures by Insolvency Professionals and other Professionals appointed by Insolvency Professionals conducting Resolution Processes, disclosure of fee and expenses incurred for CIRP, insolvency professional entities, insolvency professionals not to outsource the responsibilities and their responsibility comply with applicable laws, voting in committee of creditors etc.
Under this backdrop, The Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) is conducting a WEBINAR under the aegis of IBBI.
Focusing on Circular issued by IBBI on 10th August, 2018, Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI is conducting a one and a half hour Webinar on Committee of Creditors: Role & Functions on 18th October 2018 (Thursday) at 04:00 PM for the Insolvency Professionals.
