Webinar on Ethics, Code of Conduct and Leadership under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
The need for Ethics, Proper Conduct and value-based Leadership in the role of an Insolvency Professional (IP) is essential to establish necessary conditions for a transparent and efficient implementation of IBC 2016. The onerous responsibilities of an IP for resolving a debtor’s insolvency, handling a bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, are necessary pre-conditions for the maintenance of public trust and respect for insolvency professionals.
In order to provide clarity on these objectives, Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) is organizing a sixty minute Webinar on Ethics, Code of Conduct and Leadership requirements on 2nd February 2019 (Saturday) at 04:00 PM for Insolvency Professionals and other stake holders.
The Webinar will be addressed by Mr. Debajyoti Ray Chaudhuri, Chief General Manager, IBBI, Ms. Shivani Singhla, GM, IDBI Bank and Mr. Navneet Gupta, Insolvency Professional, among others.
