Webinar on Valuation Under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) has assigned the responsibility for Valuation to Registered Valuers. It has issued a Circular on 17th October 2018 on Valuation under IBC providing transitional arrangements for valuation services upto 31st January, 2019.
In order to provide clarity on the means and method of achieving the objectives enunciated in the circular Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) is organizing a Ninety minutes Webinar on Valuation based on IBBI’s Circular on 10th of December 2018 (Monday) at 04:00 PM for the Insolvency Professionals and Registered Valuers.
The Webinar will be addressed by Mr. Gagan Ghai. CEO, Crest Capital Advisors, Mr. Adarsh Sharma, Partner, VAR Resolution Professionals Private Limited and Mr. Aviral Jain, Managing Director, Duff & Phelps, Delhi among others.
